We had a pool installed by Austin Werner last year and are very pleased with the process and the end result. In the design of our pool, Austin faced a couple of significant challenges. I have difficulty managing normal steps, so the pool had to be user friendly for me. Additionally, we live in Oakhurst in a patio home on a small lot. Finding a suitable location, addressing issues with utilities easements, and meeting deed restrictions were obstacles to overcome. This is our finished installation:

Austin designed a pool with a “swim jet” and a heated spa. In working with us, Austin was professional, well prepared, and always friendly and positive. Easy to access, he returned our calls and met with us on every occasion requested.

All our utility runs had to be relocated, electrical, gas, TV cable, and our sprinkler lines, but once finished, Austin’s contractors began their work. His crews were all specialists in pool construction, and Austin stayed on top of their progress. We always felt at ease with interacting with his people.

A feature of our system we have come to love is the state of the art ability to control the equipment, air blower, heater, pumps, and lights with our iPhones. We can also tell temperatures and equipment status with this feature.

We were also pleased with the lawn sodding and sprinkler system repair Austin performed. Our pool is a beautiful addition to our home and a wonderful means for exercise. We receive many compliments on the installation and happily recommend Austin as a pool builder.
